One of the first questions we hear on a site assessment is simple: how often do we actually need you? The honest answer is that it depends on how your space is used, not just how big it is.
Start with foot traffic
A ten-person office with a shared kitchen gets dirtier faster than a fifty-person floor where everyone works from home three days a week. Count the people who use the space on a normal day, then look at the high-touch zones: kitchens, bathrooms, meeting rooms and reception.
- Under 15 people, light use: two to three cleans a week usually works
- 15 to 50 people: daily cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, with a weekly deep clean
- Customer-facing or high-traffic sites: daily cleaning, often with a mid-day touch-up
Don't forget the slow-build areas
Carpets, windows, skirting boards and air vents don't look dirty from one day to the next, but they build up. We schedule these as periodic tasks, monthly or quarterly, so they never become a big job.
Let the data decide
Every clean we do is logged in The Clean Crew App with photo proof and task scores. After a few weeks, the reports show exactly where your site needs more attention and where you could safely scale back. That's how we keep your scope honest.
