These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website operated by The Clean Crew Limited(“The Clean Crew”, “we”, “our”) and any cleaning services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Quotes are based on the information you provide and any site walk-through conducted. Scope changes may result in adjusted pricing, which we'll communicate before charging. Cleaning contracts are governed by the specific service agreement signed at the start of the engagement.
We aim to deliver cleaning to the documented site-specific scope every visit. If a clean falls short, you can raise it via the Clean Crew App, by email, or by phone within 24 hours of the visit and we will rectify it at no cost.
For one-off jobs, please give at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or significant scope changes. Ongoing contracts can be adjusted or paused with reasonable notice as set out in your service agreement.
Invoices are due as set out in your service agreement (typically 20th of the month following invoice). We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts after written reminders.
We carry comprehensive public liability and employer liability insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services provided in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and expect clients to share information relevant to safe operation on their site (hazards, access constraints, after-hours protocols). Both parties have duties to cooperate to keep workers safe.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply. Where you acquire services for business purposes, you agree these Acts do not apply to that engagement.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
